Summer Solstice with Druminyasa

Tuesday June 21st, 2021

Cost | $33 (plus tax)

What to Expect…

Join Chloë & Neil Craver in welcoming the arrival of Summer for this rhythmic and powerful vinyasa flow class followed by a deep, spiritual meditation, fueled by the tribal beats of Druminyasa® (Asheville Yoga Festival, Wanderlust). Brad will be giving a live drum performance while Neil & Chloë guide us through intuitive movement and meditation. This is a class in which you release all inhibition on the mat, connect with your internal fire, and welcome the light of Summer.

The primal nature of drumming allows you to connect to the core of your being on a deeper level, empowering you to create movement that is both grounded and freeing. Come with an open heart and free mind and allow the vibrations of the drums to take you on a journey within. The class will end with a 15 min extended Savasana drum sound bath.

About Druminyasa:

As featured by The Washington Times, CBS, and Washington’s WTOP news, Brad Ellsworth of Druminyasa® has been playing drums and percussion for over 25 years. Brad is a yoga teacher and founded Druminyasa by connecting his love for rhythm, drums and movement.
