Future Self is a 40 Day Meditation series designed to help guide you into a well established meditation practice in the New Year. The future is here and if you are still stuck in old ways, old patterns, old habits, this is the call you've been waiting for to level up and create mental ease in 2021.
Your future self will thank your current self for choosing this accountability approach to your mental fitness, with a group style setting that you can participate in-person daily, or tune in from home from anywhere in the world. Our livestream setting gives you the freedom to do each daily meditation offering within 24 hours from the airing time, so you're still being held accountable to get it done every single day.
What to Expect
30 minute daily practice
Kundalini Technology: Mantra, Pranayama, Seated Meditation
Journaling, reflection style and guided inquiry
Virtual and/or in-person participation

Begins Sunday January 10th at 7:15pm, completes Thursday February 18th at 7:45pm
Sunday — 7:15-8pm | in-person or on zoom, still a 30 minute guided practice and a short check-in Q&A to connect and share
Monday — 7:45-8:15pm | in-person or livestream, taking the livestream version gives you the link for 24 hours to access, make sure you do it before the next session.
Tuesday-Friday — 7:15-7:45pm | in-person or livestream, taking the livestream version gives you the link for 24 hours to access, make sure you do it before the next session.
Saturday — 9:30-10:00am | in-person or livestream, taking the livestream version gives you the link for 24 hours to access, make sure you do it before the next session.
